3. Place Your Order: Secure your build with a deposit (refundable until production starts).
4. Production and Tracking: The factory builds your car; track progress via our dashboard.
5. Delivery: Your vehicle arrives at your home, inspected and ready to drive. The entire process typically takes 8-12 weeks, depending on the model and factory schedule.
3. Can I Customize or Build my Own Car?
Absolutely! Our configurator lets you personalize every detail, from exterior paint and wheels to interior upholstery and tech upgrades. Popular options include:
- Exterior: Custom paint, vinyl wraps, spoilers, LED lighting, and alloy rims.
- Interior: Leather or Alcantara seats, custom dashboards, ambient lighting, and premium audio systems.
- Performance: Engine tunes, suspension kits, brakes, and aerodynamic enhancements.
- Eco-Friendly: Efficient engines, low-emission exhausts, or full electric powertrains. Changes are possible until production begins, ensuring your car is one-of-a-kind.
4. What Payment Methods do you Accept?
We offer flexible options for modern buyers:
- Cryptocurrency: Pay with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), XRP, or stablecoins like USDT via partners like BitPay or Coinbase. Transactions are secure, fast, and converted to fiat at the time of purchase to lock in value.
- Cash/Fiat: Traditional bank transfers, wire payments, or certified checks in USD (or equivalent local currency). No credit checks required for crypto payments, but financing options are available for fiat purchases. All transactions are processed transparently with no hidden fees.

Yes, a fully refundable deposit (typically 10% of the vehicle's price) secures your order and starts production. It's returned if you cancel before the build phase. Once production begins, it's non-refundable to cover factory costs, but you can resell your allocation through our platform.
8. What About Warranties and After-sales Support?
Every vehicle comes with the manufacturer's full factory warranty—typically 3-5 years/36,000-60,000 miles, plus roadside assistance. Customizations don't void coverage if installed at the factory. Post-delivery, access support via our app or the manufacturer's network. We also offer extended protection plans.
9. Do you Handle Trade-ins?
Yes! Submit details of your current vehicle during ordering for a free appraisal. We'll arrange pickup at delivery, applying the value as a credit. Note: Due to wait times, appraisals are finalized closer to delivery to account for market changes.
10. Are There Any Fees or Taxes I Should Know About?
- No Hidden Fees: Transparent pricing includes factory costs, customization, and standard delivery.
- Taxes & Registration: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Crypto Fees: Minimal transaction fees (1-2%) via our processors—always shown upfront. Shipping beyond standard home delivery may incur extra costs for remote areas.
11. What if I need to Cancel or Change My Order?
- Before Production: Full refund, no questions asked.
